Masterbrand Strategy, Naming &
Multi-Property Hospitality Identity

Positioned in the heart of Greece's evolving capital, O-T-H-R (derived from "Other") represents a new paradigm in urban hospitality: "Not just another hotel—the other way to experience one."

The scope of this project encompassed a complete, end-to-end strategic process—starting with masterbrand positioning, naming, and architectural concept strategy. Rather than replicating a single hotel model, O-T-H-R is structured as a decentralized, curated network of 5 distinct boutique properties across central Athens. Each hotel possesses its own story, audience, and specialized urban concept—ranging from culinary atelier and wellness longevity to a digital nomad culture hub and a farm-to-table landmark.

To unify the network under one masterbrand umbrella, I developed a sophisticated, multi-layered design system. The visual identity features bespoke, weight-balanced typography with an iconic 'T' gesture, accompanied by a dynamic pattern system combining geometric precision with organic, tribal motifs. The brand language directly directed the interior aesthetics, custom merchandising, tactile print collateral, and lifestyle accessories—establishing a seamless blend of effortless European elegance, curated quality, and vibrant urban connectedness.
